I feel that the act of choosing a dj name is not really up to the dj. I think it has to be given by another, by someone who loves you and cares about your success and well-being. Not so dissimilar to the giving of a Mezuzah.
When I was in Panama the rasta that I fell in love with called me Liona (Spanish meaning Lioness) because of my big hair (mane). How's about dj Liona? hmmm??? This is a tiger, but its so cool!
